This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for EduCare Prime subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the software before paying. No charge is made during the trial period.

2. Subscription Charges

Monthly and Yearly subscription fees are billed in advance. Because the service is delivered digitally and setup, training and migration begin immediately, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation stops the next billing cycle. For yearly plans, the service continues until the end of the paid term.

4. Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a significant service issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case fairly.
