These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EduCare Prime school management software and related services. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

EduCare Prime provides cloud-based school management software including admin, teacher, accountant and parent panels, mobile apps, QR attendance, fee management, exams, report cards and communication tools.

2. Subscription & Payment

The service is offered on a Monthly plan (₹6,000/month) or a Yearly plan (₹35,000/year). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A 3-day free trial is available before subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data.

4. Data Responsibility

Schools are responsible for the accuracy and lawful processing of the student, staff and parent data they enter. We act as a processor and protect that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability & Support

We aim for high availability and provide setup, training and ongoing support. Occasional maintenance or factors beyond our control may affect availability.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
